The Project includes 3 Intellectual Outputs (IO):
IO1 – TRAINING PROGRAM FOR SUSTAINABILITY AND INNOVATION OF SOCIAL BUSINESS
The IO includes a number of integrated activities:
- – FIELD ANALYSIS through interviews with the involvement of
- representatives of the VET Providers/partner universities, to analyze the state of the art of the training offer related to the development of Social Innovation skills
- representatives of SMEs already certified to define the skills necessary for the implementation of Social Innovation processes and socially sustainable business models
- – Definition of the Learning Programme: on the basis of the results that emerged, the skills involved in terms of knowledge and skills and the teaching methodologies were defined.
- – Testing of the program by 60 workers from Italy, Greece, Spain, Slovenia and Bulgaria
IO2 – OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES: INTERACTIVE AND GAME-BASED
The IO includes a number of integrated activities:
- LEARNING CONTENT ELABORATION: The pool of trainers of the partnership benefiting from the mobility develops the contents of the OER
- DEVELOPMENT OF OER in the form of interactive video training pills.
- DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SIM GAME based on integrated multi-channel interactive teaching.
IO3 – SOCIAL IMPACT MEASUREMENT PLAN
The IO included a number of activities:
- Desk analysis. The partners compared several socially oriented business models capable of combining organisational, managerial and communicative variables towards a social sustainability of the company.
- METHODOLOGICAL GUIDE TO CREATE A SOCIAL IMPACT MEASUREMENT PLAN, developed by the partners and applied by learners in their own reference business contexts. The consultants will guide the learners in conducting check-ups in their own business contexts in order to start the operational steps to become a socially sustainable company. At the end of the check-up, the PMI employees, assisted by the consultants benefiting from the mobility, will have to DRAW UP AN ACTION PLAN containing objectives, methods, activities, resources and times to re-engineer the business model.
